WHO WE ARE
A Consulting Practice Built on Careful Thinking
quorinth was founded on a simple belief: that most business problems benefit more from structured reflection than from ready-made answers.

How quorinth Came to Be
quorinth was established in Chiang Mai in 2017 by a small group of business practitioners who had spent years observing a recurring pattern: capable business owners, surrounded by opportunity, often losing ground not because of poor ideas but because of unclear priorities and fragmented attention.
The founding team had worked in management consulting, corporate strategy, and small business operations across Thailand and Southeast Asia. What they brought together was not a single methodology but a shared disposition — to ask better questions before offering direction.
Chiang Mai was a deliberate choice. The city's growing ecosystem of independent businesses, creative enterprises, and regional offices made it a practical home base. The pace of the city also suited the kind of consulting practice quorinth wanted to be: unhurried, thorough, and grounded in real relationships rather than transactional engagements.
Today, quorinth works with founders, business owners, and leadership teams across sectors and sizes. The engagements vary — from a single focused workshop to ongoing advisory relationships — but the approach remains consistent: listen carefully, think clearly, and offer counsel that the client can actually use.
Our Mission
To offer business owners and leadership teams the kind of structured, honest thinking that helps them move forward with greater confidence — without pretending that any business situation is simpler than it actually is.
What We Believe
- Good counsel respects the person receiving it.
- Most decisions improve with more information and less urgency.
- Honest feedback, offered carefully, is more useful than polite agreement.
- The best outcome of any engagement is a client who needs it less.

How We Work
Standards We Hold Ourselves To
These aren't marketing points. They're the working principles that define how every quorinth engagement is conducted.
Confidentiality Standard
All client information is treated as confidential by default. We operate under a mutual confidentiality agreement in every engagement, with no exceptions.
Scope Integrity
We agree on the scope, timeline, and deliverables before work begins. We do not move these goalposts mid-engagement without the client's explicit agreement.
Clear Communication
We communicate in plain language. Reports, strategy documents, and session summaries are written to be understood and used — not to demonstrate complexity.
Conflict Avoidance
We do not work simultaneously with competing businesses in the same sector and geography. If a potential conflict exists, we disclose it before any engagement begins.
Data Privacy
Client data collected during engagements — including interview recordings, financial summaries, or operational documents — is stored securely and deleted or returned at engagement close.
Honest Assessment
We share findings and recommendations as we genuinely see them — including when the picture is less favourable than the client might hope. Our value comes from that honesty, not from telling people what they want to hear.
Our Perspective
Consulting in the Thai Business Context
Business consulting in Thailand operates within a specific set of conditions that don't always map neatly onto frameworks developed elsewhere. Relationship capital, hierarchical dynamics within organisations, the interplay between Thai and international ownership structures, and the practical realities of operating in a regional city like Chiang Mai — all of these shape what good advice looks like and how it should be offered.
quorinth's consulting practice has developed within this context, not imported from outside it. The team's experience spans both Thai family businesses navigating succession and professionalisation, and international enterprises setting up operations in Northern Thailand. That range of exposure means quorinth consultants understand how businesses at different stages, with different ownership structures, face genuinely different challenges.
What tends to remain consistent across client types is the value of stepping back. Business owners and leadership teams are often too close to the day-to-day to evaluate their own direction with any distance. A structured conversation, a facilitated workshop session, or a regular advisory relationship provides that distance — and with it, often, a degree of clarity that internal discussion alone rarely produces.
quorinth does not position itself as having answers ready before the questions are fully heard. The engagements are structured to surface the right questions first. From there, the path forward tends to become clearer than it was before — for the client, and for the consultant.

A brief introductory call is often a useful first step. There's no pressure to proceed, and no obligation to have a particular question prepared.
