How do I know which service is the right starting point?

Most clients start with a conversation. We'll ask about where you are, what's pressing, and what's been tried. From there, the right format usually becomes clear. There's no obligation to proceed, and we'll be direct if we think a different approach would serve you better.

Do you work with businesses outside of Chiang Mai?

Yes. The Clarity Workshop is offered on-site in Chiang Mai or at client locations elsewhere in Thailand. The Retention Strategy and Advisory Retainer services can both be delivered remotely via scheduled calls, with in-person sessions available in Chiang Mai by arrangement.

What kinds of businesses do you typically work with?

We work with independently owned businesses and small organisations — typically 5 to 50 people. Sectors vary: hospitality, professional services, creative agencies, education providers, and retail businesses are all sectors we have worked within across Thailand and the broader region.

What does the Advisory Retainer actually include month to month?

Each month includes a scheduled strategy conversation (typically 90 minutes) and access to ad-hoc advisory via scheduled calls when something specific comes up. Every quarter, we conduct a broader business review covering progress, shifts in priorities, and next-quarter focus. The content of each session follows what's most relevant to your situation at the time.

How is payment structured for each engagement?

The Business Clarity Workshop is invoiced in full prior to the session date. The Retention Strategy engagement is split: 50% on agreement, 50% on delivery of the final document. The Advisory Retainer is invoiced monthly in advance. All pricing is in Thai Baht and includes VAT where applicable.

How do you handle the information shared during engagements?

Everything discussed within an engagement remains confidential. We do not share client information with other clients, use anonymised cases without consent, or reference your business publicly. A mutual confidentiality agreement is included in our standard engagement terms.
